Try out everything with everything
This skirt is the one I bought in Boulder where I met with Ana from Mrs American Made. By accident when hanging my new skirt back into my closet, I saw that the tweed has about similar colors and the same size of structure than my tweed motorcycle jacket. Well, a fake skirt suit was born. I had this outfit in mind for a couple of days and when a meeting was on my work schedule I finally wore it.
#StyleTip Try out everything with everything. Go for what looks the best wrong. Click To TweetMy take-home message: Don’t stop at the obvious. Try out everything with everything and go for what the wrongest way looks right. Or should I say, the rightest way wrong.
Outfits look great and are head turning when they look right, but are unexpected. Of course, its a balance act. Styling is all about balance, gals. 😉 Even when you wear a real ensemble, you have to pay attention to how to wear a suit and not look old.

What do you think? Do you like my fake suit? Have you discovered an outfit by accident? If so and you have a photo link it up below in addition to your OOTD.
Top of the World Style linkup-party
Welcome to the party. Thanks to those of you who linked up last week. You are all so stylish! 🙂 The Readers’ Fav OOTD goes to the link you clicked the most which was Claire Justine’s who is the blogger of Claire Justine. How can anyone beat a British telephone box and a college-style quilted jacket with a printed dress? 😉 Alicia from Spashionista became My Fav OOTD of the last party with her statement hair colors. Not only that this hair-do looks awesome, she also drove me down memory lane. <3
I have a confession to make. I had purple and blonde strains of color in my hair when I was a visiting graduate student at SUNY, Albany. Not only that this hair do looks awesome, she also drove me down memory lane. Read her post. <3
