All photos on this page show original watercolor paintings by Nicole Mölders. The originals are available for purchase if not indicated as SOLD. If not stated otherwise, they are 5 in x 7 in originals and come with an 8 in x 10 in mat. Due to shipment costs, tariffs, and customs, I only ship to residents of the USA.
The photos displayed here were taken in a room near a window, without filters. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in the original painting, depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. The photos display the painting without mat. The mat may cover some of the features at the bottom, top, left and right side of the painting. However, it can be removed or the painting can be shifted if it covers s,th. you want to show.

What to Expect from the High Latitude Style Art Store
Themes: Expect to find art with themes of ice, snow, glaciers, aurora borealis, and the unique flora and fauna of polar regions.
Media and Materials: I use watercolors and cold-pressed paper for my paintings. Occasionally, I paint with oil on canvas or wood. My jewelry may include recycled materials, semi-precious gemstones, dyed or not dyed, silver-plated wire, Sterling silver, leather, feathers, etc.
Style: My paintings range from realistic landscapes to cityscapes, animals, and still-life pieces, capturing the feeling of the extreme cold or the vibrant colors of sunrises or the aurora.
How to Buy my Paintings or Hand-Made Jewelry?
I sell selected pieces of my art on this art store page. You can also find my pieces in local galleries. I exhibited my work at Bear Gallery, Well Street Art Gallery, IARC/GI First Friday, and Ursa Major Distilling. My paintings paintings Dancing the Argentine Tango and EExo-Moon and Exoplanets were accepted into the Fairbanks Arts Association’s Interdependence 2026 Juried Exhibition and the Gallerium Art Exhibitions’ Shapes and Colors 2026 4th Juried Annual Exhibition and Publication (rank #22 of 216 accepted), respectively.

Shipment and Return
Note that the size give the size of the original painting paper. Matts hide the edges of the painting, but can be removed to show the full painting.
Currently, due to the tariffs, I only sell to customers within the United States.
All shipments are made on the upcoming Monday. Just so you know, I don’t accept returns on artwork and jewelry.
If the merchandise is damaged please email me with a photo of the damage so we can discuss options.
