For original artwork, handmade jewelry, or custom orders of jewelry, there is no return/refund policy. Read the High Latitude Style return policy before you order.

High Latitude Style is not liable for damage that occurred during shipping or failed delivery. Furthermore, High Latitude is not liable for any purchases you made thru our affiliate links, retailers, or publishers.

 

Returns for Printed Products other than Books

For printed products except books, we have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means it must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are at the customer’s costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping from the Lower 48s and Hawaii to Alaska may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

High Latitude Style is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service or damage incurred post-delivery. Please handle your new artwork or jewelry with care when framing or polishing, respectively.

 

Damaged Print Work

If you believe that a printed product was damaged while being printed High Latitude Style is happy to handle this on a case-by-case basis. Please take photos of the damage immediately and send them to nicole@highlatitudestyle.com.

 

Refunds

High Latitude Style will notify you once the returned item is received and inspected to let you know of acceptance or denial of a refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded the price via your PayPal account within 15 business days. Note that High Latitude Style does not refund the PayPal fees and the shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for PayPal to process and post the refund too.
