Detect your body shape type

Instructions to determine your body shape:

Your body shape is your horizontal body type.

  1. Wearing a regular bra (i.e. a non-padded bra, and not a minimizer or wonderbra) measure your bust circumstance at the height of your nipples with a fabric or fiber tape. Write the measure down.
  2. Measure your natural waist at its slimmest point. This point should be below the rib cage and above the navel. Record the measure.
  3. Measure your hip at its widest point as seen from the front and side. Typically, this point is right at the fullest part of your butt at the height of the hip bone. Again take note of the value.
  4. Start the analysis by clicking the button, and then answer the questions.

Are your bust and hip measures approximately the same and your waist measure is ten inch plus/minus 2 inch (25±5cm) smaller than your bust and hip measures?

Is your bust smaller than your hips?

Is your bust larger than your hips?

Are your bust, waist, and hip measurements similar (give 1 to 2 inch, i.e. 2.5 to 5 cm variance)?
