Disclosure: Ad. The hair growth, lash and brow serum as well as the biotin gummies for hair are samples of my choice from Vegamour. The post is not endorsed by them. I wrote it entirely myself and it represents my own 100% honest opinion.

Why I Wanted to Try Vegamour’s Growth Products

When I was a teenager, a classmate of mine said “You are lucky that your mom lets you use a lash curler.” I answered “Why would you say that?” because at that time I didn’t even about the existance of lash curlers. At home, I took a close look at my lashes in the mirror. They were very long and leaned against the inside of my glasses. Obviously, this fact gave them the look of being curled. When I switched from wearing glasses to contacts, I bought a lash curler because I love the the look of long curly lashes.

In recent years, I have observed that curling my lashes got harder and harder because their length had gone down. They now more look like the lashes (see before photo) I remember from my late Mom. In addition, my bold brown brows that looked like Brooke Shields‘ in the Calvin Klein ads have started thinning. No wonder that Vegamour’s ads on Instagram on their vegaLASH Volumizing Serum, vegaBROW Serum, GRO Hair Serum and GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair as well as the many positive reviews from real persons made me curious.

I wanted to know whether Vegamour’s vegaLASH Volumizing Serum, vegaBROW Serum and their GRO Hair Serum really work also on women our age.

The Serums Are Easy to Apply

The applicators for the lash and brow serum give you great control. The lash serum has an very thin brush (see photo below) which permits targeting the roots of both the upper and lower lashes. The little sponge applicator (see photo below) has the width of typical, modern brows. When you go for the bold southern Europe/middle East brow style, you will have to make two strikes. One for the upper and one for the lower part of your brows. Because some of us may have a not so calm hand anymore, made a little test. I checked how it feels when you get a bit of ther serum into your eye. The result is a very slight burning sensation in the moment it happens.

Vegamour’s applicator of the hair serum gives you full control about the amount you want apply. This means you can target areas, release just a drop and most importantly avoid that the serum runs off your scalp. Note I made that unpleasant experience with a cheap product that had a spray button.

The biotin gummies taste so delicious, you really have to place them out of reach of children.

Did the Vegamour Lash and Brow Serums Solve my Problem?

Important notice: This review post reflects my thoughts after 10 days of using the products.

The photo collage below shows my lashes prior and after 10 days of use. As you can see, the brows got a bit longer within the 10 days. This fact made me aware that my brows must have slowed down growing since a while. Up to my early fifties, my brows were always trimmed when I had my brows tweezed. The comparison also reveals that there are new tiny about an 1/8th of an inch (a bit more than 3 mm) long brows (compare before and after photos below).

Comparison of brows and lashes before starting to use Vegamour (upper part) and after 10 days of use (lower part). The lashes and brows look healthier and there is some regrowth

Of cause after using the GRO Hair Serum for only 10 days, I can’t speak to its overall performance already. But, what I noticed so far is that there is less hair in my brush. That’s a good thing! Of course, it is hard to say whether this result is due to the serum or the biotin gummies. Probably, a combination of both. To keep you informed I will add an update on the performance at the end of this post in about three months. So stay tuned to learn more.

Photos of open eyes before (upper part) and after 10 days of using the growth product. The lashes and brows become visible even without use of mascara and without filling in. Sure there is still a way to go on the brows.

What I Like about Vegamour’s Products

First, the lash and brow serums already showed results after use for 10 days. In other words, they really work on women in midlife! Last night, I lay on my side and felt my lashes rubbing on the pillow. I was quite astonished because that occured every time when I lay in that same position when I was young. It made me really happy. Interestingly, I can’t remember when this stopped happening and why I didn’t realize that it meant my lashes grew less long?

Second, the products are vegan, clinically tested, cruelty-free and hormone-free. Third, my brows and lashes look healthier than before. Fourth, Vegamour shipped fast.

Price Performance-ratio

The Biotin Gummies container encompasses 30 gummies (for size see photo) and lasts 30 days (one per day). The vegaLASH Volumizing Serum, vegaBROW Serum and Gro HAIR Serum as well as the GRO Biotin Gummies for hair cost $59.95, $59.95, $44 and $24, respectively on the Vegamour Official site. You can buy the lash and brow serum as a Combo Plan 1 for $99.95. The GRO more kit contains 1 GRO Hair Serum and 1 GRO Biotin Gummies for $60 total. The GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair – 5 Month Supply costs $110.

You can save 20% by using the promo code FRIENDS20.

Based on the results I saw so far with respect to my lashes and brows, the products are worth every cent. I definitely will order them shortly before the containers get empty. To keep you informed I will add an update at the end of this post and in my bi-weekly newsletter, on how long they last when the time comes.

Who Will Like the Vegamour Serums and Hair Growth Supplements?

I think these products are a perfect fit for every woman not matter of age who is concerned about thinning hair, lashes and brows. They will benefit from healthier looking hair, lashes and brows which will boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. In my case, the results made me feel happy. Therefore, I believe the products will do the same for other women. Of course, adding the steps of the applications to your daily routine mean an increased maintenance. But when you enjoy self-care, you won’t mind. I can really recommend the tested Vegamour products to my friends.

I recommend to buy the kits and Combo Plans to save when you want to improve the look of your lashes, brows and hair.

Your lashes definitely look thicker! I’m using one at the moment but it hasn’t made a dramatic difference after about six months. I need to try some others.

Wow I need to try more serums- I always either tend to forget or they irritate me. These sound amazing!

I use a lash serum, but it took a good 2 months to see any changes. Now, I just can’t stop because I love having long lashes.

  5. I bought a lash serum a few years ago, but I just couldn’t remember to do it. But, my lashes aren’t too bad just yet. I was wanting to see if it gave really pull lashes like it promised. I haven’t heard of this one, but you’ve gotten me curious enough to check it out! Thanks for sharing your review.

I may take a look at these serums. I’ve tried a few for my lashes, but they tend to irritate my eyes. Thanks for sharing your experience, Nicole!
