Ultimate Foot Circulator review – help for tired feet

Ballroom dancer practice in heels which leads to tired feet

I wear high heels since 7th grade and always feel awkward walking in flats. The world is so much nicer at 5 ft 8 (1.72 m). I do everything in heels, even my exercises. I am a ballroom dancer.

Of course, like for everyone over 40, the balls of my feet are subject to aging. Time just erased their natural cushion. They hurt quite a bit after the intense two times a week of dance training for Dancing with the Fairbanks Stars. They always hurt after dancing for more than 3 hours or so, and tell me “You had one dance too many.” 😉

Ultimate Foot Circulator was developed to relief tired feet

When I was offered to review the Ultimate Foot Circulator from Carex Health Brands I got very excited to check whether this device would be a solution/help for my feet after dancing for hours on 3 to 4 inch (7.5-10 cm) heels on concrete floors. I thought if this device provides the relief my feet need to feel good again after intensive dancing, it will be good for everyone who wants to keep wearing sexy heels for a dinner out or is required to wear heels at the office.

Ouch! My feet after dancing three hours on an uneven floor with new 3 inch heel dance shoes wearing fishnets. The new shoes caused some blemish. The dance floor was quite full and another women stepped on my foot and damaged my nail polish! My ankles are a bit swollen. Ultimate Foot Circulator helps the feet to relax

Does it work? We danced the night away last weekend (~3 hours). Lots of swing, foxtrot, waltz, and a couple of Latin dances. My husband and I wore dance shoes with 1.25 (3.2 cm) and 3 inch (7.5 cm) heels, respectively. At home, I used the Ultimate Foot Circulator for 15 minutes on the highest setting (15). It relieved the tension of the muscles in my feet and lower legs. The next morning I barely had pain in my knees which I usually do have after dancing for ~3 hours the day before.

AccuRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator c/o Carex Health Brands with remote control, short and comprehensive manual, body pads, and cables for attaching the pads. There are 15 different massage settings. You will have to play around which one is giving you the best relief. The display shows the time, the massage setting and can also show you how many steps you took, if you use the device as a stepper during the feet massage. The circulator can far more

The Ultimate Foot Circulator even has a step function and a body massage pad for the back to treat pain from standing for a couple of hours or after long uncomfortable sitting like on a car trip. These features make the Ultimate Foot Circulator also interesting for the significant other, i.e. an argument more than just pain relief after wearing heels! 😉

AccuRelief device and my feet shortly before the end of treatment. They felt much better than when I started the treatment after my ballroom dancing.

On Monday, I was in a work training sitting on an uncomfortable chair the entire day. I tried the body massage option for 5 minutes and got some pain relief. I think I have to become more patient/take more time for total relief. There is a reason why the Ultimate Foot Circulator can run for 90 minutes. 😉

You can find more information about the device and many other options of treatment with it at Carex Health Brands.

In summary: The Ultimate Foot Circulator is like vacation for the feet! Love it! <3
