My Foot Circulation Problems and Symptom
I wear high heels since 7th grade and always feel awkward walking in flats. The world is so much nicer at 5 ft 8 (1.72 m). for me there are 101 reasons to wear heels. I do everything in heels, even my exercises. I am a ballroom dancer.
Of course, like for everyone over 40, the balls of my feet are subject to aging. Time just erased their natural cushion. They hurt quite a bit after the intense two times a week of dance training for Dancing with the Fairbanks Stars. They always hurt after dancing for more than 3 hours or so, and tell me
You had one dance too many. 😉

Are Foot Circulators Any Good?
When I was offered to review the Ultimate Foot Circulator from Carex Health Brands I used the opportunity to check foot circulators relief foot pain. I thought that when this device would be a solution/help for my feet after intensive dancing, it will be good for everyone who wants to keep wearing sexy heels for a dinner out or is required to wear heels at the office.

Do Foot Circulation Machines Work?
After we danced the night away last weekend (~3 hours), I used the AccuRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator for 15 minutes on the highest setting (15) at. It relieved the tension of the muscles in my feet and lower legs. The next morning I barely had pain in my knees which I usually do have after a night of dancing.
What Does the Foot Circulator Do?
The AccRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator includes a step function and a body massage pad for the back to treat pain from standing for a couple of hours or after long uncomfortable sitting like on a car trip. These features make the device suitable more than just foot pain relief.

AccuRelief Ultimate Foot Circulator has a remote control, short and comprehensive manual, body pads, and cables for attaching the pads (see first photo in this post). There are 15 different massage settings. You will have to play around which one is giving you the best relief. The display shows the time, the massage setting and how many steps you took, if you use the device as a stepper during the feet massage. For more information see Carex Health Brands.
On Monday, I was in a work training sitting on an uncomfortable chair the entire day. I tried the body massage option for 5 minutes and got some pain relief. I think I have to become more patient/take more time for total relief. There is a reason why the Ultimate Foot Circulator can run for 90 minutes. 😉
You can find more information about the device and many other options of treatment with it at Carex Health Brands.
