Dancing in the rain

Wear summer basic with items from the cold season

In this OOTD, I paired pieces from summer with pieces from the colder season to get thru the fall rains. Fall is very short here in the Interior. It feels like rainy November weather in Germany without the wind.

outfit details
Jeanne Pierre sweater, Hermes collier de chien cuff, DIY belt (all own), and skirt c/o eShakti

Style your outerwear

For the commute to work I added a trench coat. The different shades of taupe make this outerwear a monochromatic look. It works due to the different textures of the individual pieces.

Top of the World Style linkup-party

Thanks to those of you who linked up last week. We are close to hit the triple digits! Let’s try to break thru this time around. The Readers’ Fav OOTD goes to the link you clicked the most. This week it was Melody’s OOTD from Melody Jacob. My fav was Greetje Kamminga’s OOTD from No Fear of Fashion. She certainly has no fear of fashion and paired her DvF blue and white wrap dress with red pumps, i.e. a totally different color, and the other time with really tough statement booties. Genius, or better Genia. 😉
