A lot of stores in town ran Superbowl sales last Saturday. On a Saturday before Superbowl, the grocery stores are always packed with people shopping the essentials for a Superbowl party, and the staff has a hard time refilling the shelves, Since Fairbanks is the only town and closest in a radius of more than 100 miles, for special occasions like Superbowl many people from the rural areas come into town for shopping too. Thus, many non-food providing stores run sales when Superbowl brings additional shoppers to town.
I browsed the sales, but did not find anything that would have been a must have addition to my wardrobe. The photos of this post were taken in a restaurant prior to shopping. I am wearing my faux fur A-line coat, green cashmere turtleneck sweater, full leather skirt, and booties. I updated my booties with my boot toppers.
For other looks of my faux fur A-line coat with a hound tooth sheath, green cashmere turtleneck sweater with a plaid sheath, full leather skirt over a dress see the posts at the links.
Did you watch the Superbowl or did you go shopping? Just curious.
