How to wear the fall/winter Pantone colors
This season’s neutrals – vanilla custard, evening blue, paloma, gucamole – can stand alone as monochromatic looks, but also work great together or paired pops of color. Of course, you don’t need to replace your entire neutrals to this swatch. Just take them as inspiration to create looks in colors close to them to look modern and hip.
Substitute evening blue with dark navy, vanilla custard with blush or light icy (read cool) pink, paloma with cool light grey or silver gray, and gucamole with olive. Next wear them like you style your olive outfits, navy, blush or grey looks.
Of course, you can up your style factor by pairing one or more of the Pantome fall/winter core with one of the NYFW color palette.
How to fake the fall/winter color palette
Look alike colors to chili pepper, biking red, crème de pêche, peach pink, rocky road, fruit dove, sugar almond, dark cheddar, galaxy blue bluestone, orange tiger, eden are bluish red, burgundy, very light pinks with a hint of blue, peach or salmon, chocolate brown, cool pink, tan, orange, medium blue, baby blue, orange, and hunter or forest green.
Given that chocolate brown, burgundy, tan, medium and light blue as well as hunter/forest green are neutrals, women who are shy of bold colors and prefer wearing all neutrals can look modern and trendy with this seasons It fashion-color palette without going beyond their comfort zone.
How to wear fashion colors
Galaxy blue is an evocative, but thoughtful blue inspired the great galaxy. This exciting hue looks great when paired with bluestone, a color of quiet resolve. However, any similar shades of blue with a similar difference in tint look great together as demonstrated in the outfit photos in this post.

Other great color combinations
Please pin your favorite color outfit inspriations to share them with your family, friends and colleagues so they can look stylish on a budget too.
