A trend update can become a workhorse
When I bought this floral blazer I did not expect that it would become one of the work horses of my summer wardrobe. I bought it as one of the trends that I liked and wanted to try out. I got much more wear out of it than I expected. It seems like this floral blazer is like a chameleon and nearly as versatile as a denim jacket or a black or white blazer. This printed jacket works with a pencil skirt, leather skirt, a sheath dress, jeans, and even a cargo skirt from fall like in the look of today.
How to transition a floral blazer to fall
A couple of days ago the camel leather skirt and peril blue sloughy leather pants I ordered for my fall updates arrived. Guess what? This floral blazer even works with them! Both items pick up colors of the jacket. Thus, I can even transit this blazer into fall on the not too cold days! It’s just to find fall pieces in my closet that are in a color included in the print. I think the money spent on this summer trend really paid off.
Details of the LOTD
I am wearing Ann Klein slingbacks, a Kate Moss for Longchamp bag, a cargo skirt, Kieselstein Cord belt, silk cashmere short sleeve sweater with this trendy floral blazer.
