We had the first frost in the night from Saturday to Sunday. The leaves start turning yellow, brown or red. The sky is very clear and blue meaning that the water vapor and aerosol content are low. The visibility is very good. This means fall is here!
We had a wonderful summer. It was relatively warm for Alaska conditions. Thus, I am still in denial mode and want to hold on to summer. Therefore, I transitioned my summer denim shirt dress to fall with a light wash denim jacket. The jacket provides some extra insulation to stay warm, and allows me to still wear a summer dress. I added my Kate Moss for Longchamp bag, my tan Kieselstein Cord belt and tan Anne Klein T-strap slingbacks to add a fall color to the look for this summer-to-fall transition work outfit. Since it was sort of chilly outside, we took the outfit photos inside in front of the political world map as it matched the blue collars I am wearing for work.
