What I love about bandage body con dresses

Bandage bodycon dresses are having a moment again. I have loved them, when they were the first time around. I still love them for the same reasons as back then: They are sleek, hold your body up, and show your curves off. I especially love those bandage dresses that cover everything, the arms, the legs, no cleavage like the green bandage dress from Kiss Missie in the photo. The contrast between the modest cut, not showing any skin, but showing your curves is so sexy, don’t you thinks so? This Amie green two-piece long sleeve bandage dress costs €54.90 EUR.

If you’ve got legs, show them off with a slit bandage dress

Bandage dresses that feature just one of your assets, are incredibly sexy. In this category, my favorite is a bandage dress with a high slit. Think Angelina Jolie. I love the cut of this high neck front slit cheap bodycon dress shown in black in the photo below. It nicely covers everything and looks very modest. The 3/4 sleeves allow to style with nice bangles or bracelets. The high slit makes this bandage dress incredibly sexy. If you have the legs, go for it.

This dress is available in black, khaki and red wine for €18.90 EUR. I think, in khaki, the dress is the biggest statement. At a party, many women our age wear the LBD. Some go for a little red dress (LRD). However, khaki stands out. If you want an entrance, this dress in khaki is your chance. This color would be definitively my choice! I would wear it with a wide belt.

Bandage dresses also come for the romantic midlife woman

If you are more a ruffle kind of gal, there are also bandage dresses with a nice ruffle around your hip and a wide collar around your breast. The dress in the photo below comes in black, white, pink, and lavender for €36.80 EUR. It’s sleek, but still shows your romantic vibe. Pin a fake rose or silk flower in the color of the dress on the collar. Go for pumps with some whimsical detail, a hard clutch, and chandelier earrings. Curl your hair and go for a half up-do.

Always check the size chart and measure according to the instructions

Make sure you check the size chart. I would need a size M according to the Kiss Missie size chart. Also pay attention to where you have to take your measurements! It’s extremely important for bandage dresses! You want them to fit right, right? And remember, size is just a number, but it’s important to have the right number for the perfect fit!
