StyleWe offers designer clothes at an affordable price

One of my go-to online stores for great, but affordable designer items is StyleWe. StyleWe sells clothes from independent fashion designers. Consequently, they have clothes with very different style directions. StyleWe offers the designers to be visible with their ideas under their own name, while StyleWe offers the consumer to buy high quality designer clothes at an affordable price. It’s a win-win for all three parties. ❤

When StyleWe asked me to review a sample of my choice, I was very excited. I made a wish list and finally picked this SOFA blue denim shirt collar long sleeve sequins paneled cropped jacket shown in the photos.

Description

The jacket has a timeless panel cut, a shirt collar and is decorated with large sequin patches. The patches feature various tools. Both sequins as well as patches are having a moment right now. Thus, this jacket is a perfect trendy wardrobe update that works for fashion over 40. It works for us because of the classic denim jacket cut. The jacket is great for spring, fall and winter.

The jacket is made from non-stretchy, mid-weight 100% cotton washed denim fabric. The fabric is super soft, more like a shirt than a jacket. The sequins are small, i.e., they look expensive. The sequins have nice reflection (see photos). They are sewn on overlapping on a large patch that is sewn onto the jacket in one piece.

Fit

The jacket is available in S, M, L, and XL. It is important to study the size chart so you order your right size. But when you bought designer items before, you are well familiar with the fact that some designers have their own sizing.

The SOFA blue denim shirt collar long sleeve sequins paneled cropped jacket is definitively a cropped jacket on the 5 ft 8″ (1.73 m) tall model. On my petite 5 ft 4″ (1.63 m) frame, however, it has normal length (see photos). But I did expect this jacket to be normal length on me when I read the description on StyleWe’s web side. On my petite frame, the jacket hits nicely at the top of my hips. It fits perfect in the shoulders and with respect to the arm length. No changes needed. 🙂

Price-performance ratio

This trendy, but classic denim jacket costs only $60. StyleWe offers free shipping.

Since patches are hot this year, I expect to wear the jacket at least once a week as cover up or statement item for the rest of this winter, in spring, fall and next winter. In Alaska, the jacket works also on rainy days in summer. Let’s assume that in a warm climate, one makes 40 outfits with this SOFA blue denim shirt collar long sleeve sequins paneled cropped jacket over a year. This means the cost-per-wear would be $1.50.

I expect that patches will not be a one-day fly, but stay hip for longer than just one year. If not, no problem! The patches can be easily removed as they are sewn on. This means that you can get this beautiful jacket under $1 per wear easily. Recall less than $1 is my criterion for a great deal. Thumbs up!

In summary: I really love the jacket and have worn it already three times since it arrived a week ago! Whenever I wore it, I got a lot of compliments. If I had paid for the jacket, I wouldn’t regret having spent $60 on it. It is worth every cent. In other words, I would buy it for myself.

Do you know StyleWe already? Have you had a look at their newest items for spring already? If not, you really should! They get new items in on a nearly daily basis. Moreover, they have many items on sale right now. Check them out. 😉
