I wish you and your loved ones a great Christmas Eve!
Today I wanted to show you how a scarf and a different pair of shoes can change an outfit. In the photos above I styled the basic outfit of sheath with sweater and tight with a light floral Russian scarf and edgy heels. The outfit has a classic with a twist vibe. The light colors make the outfit sort of sweet.
In the look below, I paired the same basic outfit with a dark Indian scarf with geometric print and matching duck boots. The more casual fabric of the scarf, the ducks and the dark colors yield a classic outfit with a casual twist.
Which of the two outfits is your favorite? Do you sometimes style the basic outfit in different ways? Send me an email or linkup examples of your styling tricks in addition to your OOTD.
Top of the World Style linkup-party
Welcome to the holiday edition of the Top of the World Style fashion linkup party. This party will be open for two weeks. Thus, come back again to linkup further new OOTD.
Thanks to those of you who linked up last week and over the past 39 weeks. I am looking forward to see your outfits every week. You are all so stylish and inspiring! 🙂
The Readers’ Fav OOTD goes to the link you clicked the most which was Lisa’s post. She is the blogger at Beauty 101 by Lisa. Linda who blogs at A Labour of Life became My Fav OOTD. I have to admit that I may be biased as I have the same dress 😉 . So far, I never tried it with my leather pants. However, great ideas are to be adopted. 😉 ❤
Congrats ladies! Please grab your respective featured Top of the World OOTD button and put it into your award/trophy cache.
